Cancellation terms vary by tour type and are clearly outlined in your booking confirmation. In general: cancellations made 14+ days before departure receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of departure may incur partial charges. We always aim to be fair — if circumstances change, talk to us.
